How many people can each experience handle?
Each interaction takes about 30 seconds, which means roughly 120 people per hour per device.
For reference, a single device comfortably covers a three-and-a-half-hour event with 225 guests. At the Goya Awards, with 3,500 guests, we deployed four systems at once.

Every system runs on 100 Mb symmetrical wifi. If the venue cannot guarantee it, we bring our own connection.
Pricing FAQ
How much does it cost to hire a photo booth for a corporate event in Barcelona?
Loopers prices range from €900 for the Nomad roaming photographer to €2,300 for the iTower AI kiosk, excluding VAT. The price always includes four hours of service, a technician on site throughout the event, brand customisation, QR delivery and setup.
Does the price include the technician and setup?
Yes. Every rate includes a Loopers technician on site for the four hours of service, plus setup and breakdown of the device. There are no hidden installation or staffing costs.
Is there a discount for booking two experiences?
Yes, 15% off the total when you book two or more activations for the same event. A common pairing is a fixed system with the roaming Nomad, to cover both the guests who come up to it and the rest of the space.
Which areas does Loopers cover?
Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona. For events outside Catalonia, get in touch and we will quote with no obligation. Loopers is a brand of MUN FILMS PRODUCCIONS SL, with its own workshop in Barcelona.
